> Brownbook.net is a free, community-edited directory of ~44 million business listings worldwide, with a public REST API for real-time look-ups and submissions.

Listings are anonymous and openly editable. Please crawl politely and honour the crawl-rate and disallowed paths defined in robots.txt. For higher-volume or structured access, use the REST API and email api@brownbook.net for a dedicated key.
